Advantages Of Location

Located on the outskirts of the Old Town, near Freedom Square, all areas of the city are within easy reach. Unlike the city atmosphere right next door, the milieu here is nice and quiet as a work environment, with a touch of exclusivity added by the Old Town. The views – of the Old Town, Harju Hill and Freedom Square – are breath-taking and beautiful. They can be quite interesting too, when you can join the parade of Old Town Days from your window, watch the hustle and bustle of the autumn marathon on the square and much more.

Construction and design solutions dictated by historical considerations make our office building truly unique. Our office building is one of the most representative and most secure in the capital of Estonia, and its residents value these traits as parts of a pleasant and respectable work environment.

At the moment we are offering representative spaces. See more under Rooms Available for Rent.

This summer, 30 years have passed since the opening of Tallinn Business Center. Since then Embassy of Japan has been our substantial tenant. Over the years, we have been constantly upgrading the technical systems and updating our services. Today, we are very proud to house equivalently important embassies of Norway, Greece and North Macedonia in our building.

Our sucess story relies on our ability to constantly improve our technical systems, particularly in order to reduce expenses, and to update our services.

Building Features

An inner courtyard with a glass roof – often referred to as the Atrium Gallery, is the highest exhibition hall in Tallinn and considered the jewel of the building. An enchanting view of the interior courtyard opens from the lift, enlivened by the colourful artworks of the exhibition.
Offices with distinctive design solutions – room layouts, forms and surfaces dictated by history have been used to create a modern working environment.

WE ARE KNOWN FOR BEING SPECIAL.
THIS IS FIRSTLY SUPPORTED BY OUR LOCATION AND THE HISTORICAL BUILDINGS THAT HAVE BEEN LOCATED HERE, WHICH HAVE PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TALLINN OVER THE CENTURIES.
FOR THE SENSES – A MIX OF THE DISTANT PAST AND THE PRESENT

The building started as part of the 14th century city wall, which allows us to state with confidence that the TBC is and always will be one of the most attractive buildings in Tallinn.

The house has always been a place for business.  The fame of illustrious entrepreneurs from the 18th and 19th centuries, tradesman Aleksander Ernst, baron Eduard von Maydell, innkeeper Wilhelm Kirstein, etc. is carried on today by companies based on both Estonian and international capital. The embassies located in the house add a special touch.
