The administrator of the building arranges:
* administrative services for the whole of the building
* constructional and design works for the premises
* constructional repair works of the building
* maintenance works of the technical systems of the building, with partners AS Clik, Hedengren Eesti AS, AS Otis, etc.
* advertising of the companies on the building facade, in the house guide and on the website; design, coordination and implementation
* monitoring the adherence to good practices and house rules * forestalling of potential risks and problems

* reception desk available 16 h per day for forwarding information, mail and packages
* cleaning services by OÜ Puhastusproff with subcontractors

The wonderful inner courtyard of our building – the ATRIUM – is available for events and presentations. The building also houses the Club Prive nightclub and cafe Varblane, which are great places for holding an event or a meeting or just some relaxation time.

We always consider the customer’s wishes regarding the offices, and we offer the option of building rooms of various layouts and sizes. All in all, the building has 4,000 m2 of rental premises with a unique design, offices as well as shopping and service rooms.
