Advantages Of Location
Located on the outskirts of the Old Town, near Freedom Square, all areas of the city are within easy reach. Unlike the city atmosphere right next door, the milieu here is nice and quiet as a work environment, with a touch of exclusivity added by the Old Town. The views – of the Old Town, Harju Hill and Freedom Square – are breath-taking and beautiful. They can be quite interesting too, when you can join the parade of Old Town Days from your window, watch the hustle and bustle of the autumn marathon on the square and much more.

Building Features
An inner courtyard with a glass roof – often referred to as the Atrium Gallery, is the highest exhibition hall in Tallinn and considered the jewel of the building. An enchanting view of the interior courtyard opens from the lift, enlivened by the colourful artworks of the exhibition.
Offices with distinctive design solutions – room layouts, forms and surfaces dictated by history have been used to create a modern working environment.
The house has always been a place for business. The fame of illustrious entrepreneurs from the 18th and 19th centuries, tradesman Aleksander Ernst, baron Eduard von Maydell, innkeeper Wilhelm Kirstein, etc. is carried on today by companies based on both Estonian and international capital. The embassies located in the house add a special touch.
